Processing time Orders are processed within 2–8 business days before dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Delivery times Orders are dispatched from our international warehouse and delivered within 7–14 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and chosen carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Shipping destinations We ship to Denmark, all EU countries, Norway, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs Shipping is free on all orders over €40. Orders below this amount are charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location.

Carriers We ship with PostNord, GLS, DHL, DAO, Bring, and UPS. The carrier used for your order depends on your location and order size.

Customs and duties For orders shipped to Norway and the United Kingdom, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
